The zipper heat-sealing bag making machine is a product independently developed by our factory. It is a multi-purpose machine that produces various types of zipper bags, bone bags, garment bags, etc., mainly solving the problems of multi-color printing on traditional self-sealing bags and the limitation of bag size by molds.

1. This machine adopts an advanced Taiwan Welink touch screen display, an advanced PLC computer program, an automatic correction control program, and the whole machine uses frequency conversion speed regulation.

2. This machine has functions such as automatic feeding, bottom folding, hot stamping, spot cutting, punching, ultrasonic welding, and high-speed automatic zipper head mounting via vibratory feeder.

3. This machine has automatic counting, automatic stop when material is cut off, photoelectric tracking of any length, automatic alarm for failure, photoelectric correction for feeding, and automatic tension control.

4. The bag making machine has an automatic zipper head mounting function, which improves production speed, saves labor, and increases production efficiency.
