LC-1200 Heat-Sealing and Cold-Cutting Vest Bag Making Machine

This machine is suitable for heat sealing and cutting of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and polypropylene (PP) plastic films. It is an ideal machine for producing high and low pressure plastic film vest bags (supermarket shopping bags).

The equipment is equipped with a photoelectric automatic control feeding device, an automatic temperature control device, an electrostatic elimination device, an automatic counting and alarm device, etc., featuring fully automatic bag making process, simple operation, stable performance, and strong bottom sealing.

1. Intelligent Control System: The whole machine adopts microcomputer control, combined with frequency conversion speed regulation and stepper motor drive. A servo motor control system can also be selected according to needs, resulting in more precise operation and faster response.

2. Precise Fixed Length Cutting: Supports arbitrary setting of cutting length. The step-type photoelectric tracking system provides precise and stable positioning. It can automatically stop when a mark is encountered, effectively reducing the defect rate.

3. Automated Auxiliary Functions: It can automatically synchronize double-sided adhesive tape and also supports automatic punching, adapting to various shopping bag production process requirements.

4. High-quality heat sealing process: The heat-sealed lace uses automatic constant temperature control, ensuring a firm and flat seal that is not prone to cracking and guarantees the quality of the finished product.
